Ardandra is a 97MW hybrid solar and 75MW/150MWh battery project located immediately adjacent to the Octopus managed Dulacca Wind Farm, in the Western Downs Region approximately 350km out of Brisbane. The location of this project provides an unique opportunity to simultaneously introduce solar, battery and wind to the market using the same transmission line.

Australian Renewable Energy Market Update – July 2025

The Australian Federal Government has announced a 25% expansion of its flagship Capacity Investment Scheme (CIS), raising the capacity underwriting target from 32GW to 40GW by 2030. The additional 8GW comprises 5GW of dispatchable storage – mostly large-scale batteries – and 3GW of new solar and wind generation, equivalent to powering an extra million households.
