Merino Wind Farm
A proposed 1GW wind farm North of Deniliquin, New South Wales.
Located adjacent to our 400MW Saltbush Wind Farm currently in development, Merino Wind Farm will be capable of generating enough electricity to power up to 800,000 homes in NSW once operational. The 28,000-hectare site has exposure to high 8.0-8.5m/s wind speeds, making it an ideal site for the wind farm which will be supported by solar and/or battery capacity to create firmed renewable energy generation for the area.
